18-Day Golf Challenge Terms and Conditions

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Qualiaos, Incorporated DBA Mustard whose Instagram handle is @Teammstrd. The “Prize” refers to One (1) Golf Digest Swag Bag (valued at $500).

  • By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must begin their continuous 18 day streak of completing tasks detailed in the “My Plan” section of the Mustard App by 11:59pm et on 1/31/2026. The contest will be open starting 12:00pm et on 1/1/2026. Entrant must upload at least one swing, and complete at least one task per day from the detailed section of the Mustard app for 18 straight days. In order to complete the 18 day challenge, users will have to Four (4) winners will be selected based on their overall score improvement from their first swing uploaded during the challenge, to their last swing uploaded during the length of the 18 day challenge. One (1) winner will be selected among the reported handicap group of 54.0-34.0. One (1) winner will be selected among the reported handicap group of 33.9-20.0. One (1) winner will be selected among the reported handicap group of 19.9-8.0. One (1) winner will be selected among the reported handicap group of 7.9-+10.0. The Promoter reserves the right to check handicaps with official handicap rankings such as GHIN. Winners will be selected by The Promoter on 2/20/2026 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

  • The Promoter’s competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of the United States and Great Britain.

  • No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. If a person would like to enter the contest without purchasing a subscription, they can email [email protected] for free trial sufficient to complete the competition. Free trials will automatically convert into paid subscriptions if not canceled. This competition is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

  • Only one entry per person at one time will be accepted. Re-entry can occur if entrant has failed to fulfill obligation of the contest (18 straight days of tasks detailed in the Mustard app)

  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via the Mustard app by clicking “Opt-In” on the pop-up advertising the challenge

  • The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner may accept or decline social media recognition including their name or username being posted on social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
